Mr. Gregory brings over three decades of distinguished M&A expertise to his role as Executive Director at DBD Investment Bank Partners, which he joined in 2018. His impressive track record includes leading more than 50 transactions valued at over $6 billion across global markets.

Following his MBA from the University of Chicago, Mr. Gregory began his career in General Motors' Treasurer's Office, where he demonstrated his strategic capabilities by successfully leading the divestment of GM's South African subsidiary. He then expanded his corporate experience at Airco Industrial Gases, managing key acquisitions before serving as an advisor to Bob Mancuso, former CEO of Merrill Lynch Capital Partners.

Mr. Gregory's career progression included significant leadership roles at major financial institutions. As senior vice president in Prudential's corporate M&A group, he honed his expertise in complex transactions. Later, as corporate VP at ADP's Employer Services, he oversaw strategic acquisitions that strengthened the company's market position. Prior to joining DBD Investment Bank Partners, he served as senior managing director at The Riderwood Group, a lower middle market investment bank, and as Director at ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, where he continued to build his impressive portfolio of successful transactions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gregory has demonstrated exceptional ability in executing various types of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, and joint ventures across international markets. His academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Finance from Pace University.

When not leading complex financial transactions, Mr. Gregory, at age 65, biked nearly 2,500 miles in 2024 and is also a history buff...
