Our Team

Prior to co-founding DBD Investment Bank, Mr. Zogovic served as Chief Executive Officer of ONEtoONE Corporate Finance USA, where he transformed the US division into the firm's most profitable international branch in under four years. This success built upon his track record of scaling businesses, most notably as President and CEO of GSP Corp., where he led the company's expansion from a local operation into one of Mexico and Central America's largest sales and marketing organizations, growing to over 10,000 employees. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zogovic demonstrated his entrepreneurial abilities by co-founding and successfully managing a financial services firm in Mexico before relocating to the United States.

Mr. Zogovic actively serves as an advisor to multiple businesses and nonprofit organizations. He is a dedicated member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), where holds the distinction of being a Founding Member of the NY Liberty Chapter, having served as both Chapter Treasurer and Global Financial Services Network Learning Officer. His commitment to international business relations is further demonstrated through his role as Secretary of the Board for the USA-Mexico Chamber of Commerce.

An accomplished ultra-endurance athlete, Mr. Zogovic has completed five Ironman races along with multiple ultramarathons and triathlons. His passion for outdoor challenges extends to skiing, where he regularly pursues backcountry and ski mountaineering adventures. His academic background combines technical expertise with advanced business acumen, holding a Mechanical Engineering degree from UNAM. He later enriched his education at Harvard University, where he studied Economics and completed his postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School.
