Our Team

Mr. Crabtree brings analytical expertise and leadership experience to his role at DBD Investment Bank, which he joined in November 2024. His foundation in finance was established at the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his degree in Financial Economics and Econometrics.

Before joining DBD Investment Bank, Mr. Crabtree developed his financial acumen at Marmon Holdings and its subsidiary, Marmon Utility, where he served as a financial analyst. His exposure to institutional finance was further enhanced through his summer shadowing experience at Jefferies Financial Group, one of the largest independent investment banking firms globally.

During his time at Notre Dame, Mr. Crabtree demonstrated his leadership abilities and time management skills through multiple roles. As a student manager for the Notre Dame football team, he worked directly with quarterbacks and receivers, while simultaneously serving as a Resident Assistant in St. Edward's Hall. His commitment to finance extended beyond the classroom through active participation in the Investment Club, Wall Street Club, and Corporate Finance Club.

Mr. Crabtree's passion for football and mentorship continues in his personal life, where he serves as a coach for Mass Elite's 6th, 7th, and 8th grade all-star teams, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to youth development and community engagement.
